When you customize your Itouch with themes and backgrounds, Winterboard is an essential. First of all whenever you download a cool new theme lets say Bob Marely, so you went onto cydia and downloaded this. Then you went onto cydia get a new dock theme say a blue dock. Per say that ain't enough for you and then you get a Psych lockscreen. Cool but were are you going to keep them all under control. Simply click on winterboard and you can turn off and on all the themes you got from Cydia. This is a default so no new source is required simply search and download. Then open it up and select the themes you want.
